What I Ate Today

WIAT: Wednesday, April 5th

So last night I let a jar of coconut milk sit in the fridge with a large hibiscus tea bag in it (cold-brew style) and this morning, I got my first attempt at making Starbucks pink drink at home.

Definitely pink. I added some ice and frozen berries. I realized this is more of a ‘milk tea’ and definitely creamier/less sweet than the Starbucks version. But, I’ll keep trying and this was fun to try.

After class, I ended up picking up Taco Bell because I was so hungry and I love Taco Bell!

Not the best photo but triple layer nachos fresco style ($1) and spicy potato soft taco fresco style ($1).

For dinner,  I had the Amy’s minestrone soup that I love so much along with a few knots (not shown sadly).

For dessert, I snacked on the chocolate chip cookies I made yesterday.
