What I Ate Today

WIAT: Monday, April 3rd

I was running a little late today so I didn’t have time for breakfast but that’s alright because Mondays are date day. After my exam, Matthew and I went out to Pi Craft! We recently discovered this place but it’s definitely going to be in our restaurant rotations from now on!


This place is great because it’s in the ‘Build-Your-Own’ format so you can make sure your meal is 100% vegan and delicious. I got the pi sized pizza with plain red pizza sauce, no cheese, spinach, red onion, artichoke, mushrooms, and red peppers. After the pizza was finished baking, I topped it with arugula, balsamic drizzle, and crushed red pepper flakes.

If you live by a Pi Craft, I would definitely recommend trying them out, they also offer vegan cheese and sausage as well! I believe the cheese might be Daiya but I’m not sure.

Next up was froyo and sorbet!


Yotality was super busy this Monday because apparently it’s National Yogurt Day! This week they had Valencia Orange sorbet, it was super orange-y almost like a frozen orange juice. I love the vibrant colors of all their sorbets! ❤ So pretty. I topped this with toasted shredded coconut, multi-color mochi, mango boba, mango pieces, pineapple pieces, strawberry slices, and sprinkles! Hehe you can barely see the sorbet but it was yummy.

I ended up heating up the rest of my pizza for a late lunch/ early dinner.


My arugula wilted a little in the oven but it was still just as delicious.

Since my meals were kinda all over the place today, I made another dinner/snack before bed.
