Greek yogurt is an amazing source of protein and is perfect for breakfast. Although there are so many tantalizing flavours out there the best one to get really is the Plain Greek Yogurt. This has way less sugar in it and therefore less calories (and less ingredients!)
This morning I choose a to top my Chobani Plain Greek Yogurt with a handful of Almonds and Peanuts then drizzle with about half a tablespoon of honey.[In the first picture I also added a tablespoon of chia seeds to make this a more filling meal.] I had another delicious nectarine, one of my favorite fruits.

Sugars: 24 g/24 g (And this is with just plain yogurt! Imagine if you had vanilla or pumpkin spice!)
