Breakfast is the most important meal of the day as it is the fuel your body jump starts itself with. I personally try to keep each meal around 400 and love to start my morning with a lot of protein.
This particular morning I choose to toast a slice of Whole Wheat Italian Bread then top with 1-2 tbsp of Crunchy Organic Peanut Butter. Next, I simply sliced up a nectarine for a little sweetness. I also decided to choose water over coffee this morning.

Carbs: 33 g
Fiber: 7 g
Fat: 18 g
Sugar: 15 g (Keep in mind this is mostly natural sugars from the nectarine.)
